Our Services
Gameday Recruiting provides high school athletes, aspiring to play their sport at the collegiate level, a professionally produced recruiting film geared toward college coaches and recruiters. Gameday Recruiting doesn't just work with existing footage that you may have, but provides professional filming and post-production services that make for an incredibly compelling recruiting tool.
Complete Package
- DVD media with individually chaptered menu icons to each section of the recruiting film
- High-impact presentation set to music including player introduction (approx. 3 minutes)
- Skills session (approx. 8 minutes)
- Live resume/player profile (approx. 2 minutes)
- Game footage (approx. 15 minutes)*
- Coach interview (approx. 2 minutes)
- Teacher interview (approx. 2 minutes)
- 10 DVD packages with custom designed case inserts and disc labels
*In some cases, a recruiter or coach may request additional game footage. In such cases, the athlete shall be responsible for providing this additional footage directly to the recruiter, unless arrangements are made with Gameday Recruiting to film the event.

Terms and Conditions
Gameday Recruiting (hereinafter referred to as GDR)
Parent of Athlete (hereinafter referred to as CLIENT)
Student-Athlete (hereinafter referred to as ATHLETE)
Services:
GDR shall provide CLIENT filming and post-production services delivered in the form of a professional quality DVD suitable for review by college athletic recruiters.
Price:
Complete DVD Package: Starting at $1,750
Additional DVDs: Sold in sets of 10: $250
Terms:
50% non-refundable deposit must be received before work can commence.
50% remaining fee due upon delivery of final product.
Kill Fee: forfeit deposit plus fee for any work performed to date.
Final product shall be delivered within 45 days.
Price valid for 45 days from date of deposit.
Client Involvement:
GDR may, at its discretion, involve current coach, CLIENT or ATHLETE to review footage for selection of best representation of skills. However, this is not an open invitation for unsolicited review of footage by coach, CLIENT, ATHLETE or other.
Ownership:
GDR retains rights to all footage, art work and scripts except that provided by CLIENT or ATHLETE.
Usage:
GDR will not sell, distribute or rent any footage, art work or images for third party use, commercial or otherwise. GDR does retain right to use footage, art work or images for the purposes of promoting GDR services.
Release:
CLIENT and ATHLETE hereby allows GDR to utilize footage, artwork or images for the purposes of self-promotion and marketing of GDR services.
From Client:
CLIENT agrees to provide GDR the following:
- up to 12 still photographs in digital form suitable for print reproduction (4in x 6in @ 300dpi)
- completed athlete GDR questionnaire
- game footage for inclusion (up to 20 minutes, if desired)
- prompt responses to inquiries and questions to maintain production schedule
