Shelley Small ~ Sales Director and Recruiting Coordinator
Shelley Small has been involved in sports her whole life. She was a Division I college volleyball player at Baylor University and a high school coach since 1987. She is currently the co-coordinator for recruiting with Victory Volleyball Club in Dallas and is the head coach of the 18 Elite squad. Shelley’s connections with college coaches, her passion for high school athletes, and her eye for talent make her the right partner for Brian’s creativity and vision.
